Huizer Kaas Gilde Garlic Cheese is a mild Gouda cheese with real garlic added. This gives the cheese a subtle garlic taste, which makes it spicy, but the cheese still remains creamy and soft. The Gouda Garlic Cheese is a 4.5 kg model and is matured for about 4-6 weeks. Delicious with a drink.
